In addition to being the owner of South Bay Property Management Pros, I have also been a local South Bay resident for over 15 years. I’ve lived in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Santa Monica. We manage properties along the westside of Los Angeles, primarily located anywhere from Long Beach to Santa Monica. I have a great deal of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to starting South Bay Property Management Pros, I was a commercial real estate appraiser with a Fortune 500 company.

Over three years ago, I decided I wanted to provide a more personal approach to my professional life. I thought it would be nice to be more of service to others as opposed to providing financial, property, and market analysis. Since starting this company, I have found that being in the property management business allows me to develop a one on one connection with tenants, owners and investors who are involved in this industry.

I started this company to use the knowledge and skill set I have developed over the years. I put this experience to work by helping investors make smarter decisions about the management of their properties. I’ve found many owners can be unaware of how to best approach getting the highest market rental price for their property and then being able to service the tenants after they move in. That’s where I can help.

One thing that sets this company apart is the personal approach I take to the work. I spend a great deal of time getting to know owners, understanding their interests and establishing a plan to help accomplish their real estate investment goals. I also invest a lot of time finding credentialed and qualified tenants to live in the properties I manage. I take this seriously. We want tenants who will take care of the home nicely and make it a successful income stream for the owner.

South Bay Property Management Pros is primarily a residential property management company. We shine in these efforts. However, we also have the ability to take our properties through the full investment cycle. When it’s time to sell, we can do that for your too.
