Jon Grogan graduated from Saint Louis University in 1997 with a B.A. in Psychology, and from the University of Missouri in 1999 with a M.A. in Educational & Counseling Psychology. Shortly thereafter, Jon moved to Southern California and began his career in Real Estate in the residential mortgage industry; helping real estate agents and individual homeowner’s acquire financing. He transitioned his career into commercial real estate, working for the world’s largest real estate company, CBRE, Inc. Jon’s eight-year tenure at CBRE, Inc., resulted in the appraisal of over 3.5 Billion dollars worth of multi-family property (i.e. 5-units to 500+ units, condominium and mixed-use developments) along with industrial, office, land, and retail properties. Consequently, Jon obtained his Certified General Appraiser license that allows him to appraise commercial and residential properties. He also is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker, a REALTOR® with Vista Sotheby’s International Realty, and a member of the South Bay Association of REALTORS®.
Jon wanted a return to helping individuals, not solely corporations. He decided his education as a former counselor, combined with his exceptional analytical real estate talents would be a great fit to support both owners and tenants navigate through the difficulties of a real estate transaction. What better way to accomplish this than to start his own property management company in the geographical area he is most familiar! Simply put, Jon wants to provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion, in order to create a success story for all parties involved.
He is an extremely knowledgeable professional that has completed over 150 real estate transactions (i.e. sale or lease) the last seven years. He also works closely with contractors and vendors to manage and oversee numerous property renovation and repair projects.
When he is not out selling, managing, or overseeing property renovations, he enjoys sailing to Catalina, Channel Islands and around the Bay out of the Redondo Beach and Marina del Rey Harbors.
Greg Babbitt, a second generation Real Estate Agent & Property Manager. Greg received a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in 1985. A year later he obtained his Ohio Real Estate License and went to work for one of the Largest regional residential property management companies in the nation. Real Estate investment was in Greg’s blood and, naturally had already begun his own profitable real estate investment career when he started his own Real Estate Brokerage in 1998 and quickly obtained his Real Estate Brokers License a year later 1999.
Widely acknowledged as the “driving force” of the new Brokerage, Greg engineered the the most productive, Non franchised, independent Real Estate brokerage in Columbus Ohio in a period of six impressive years. After 10 years creating, building, & driving the brokerage, Greg sold ‘SOLUTIONS for Real Estate’ (for a profit) at the beginning of the 2008 Real Estate down turn.
